BEGINNERS INTRO COURSE

CrossFit has defined 9 foundational movements which provide a greatly rounded starting point for anybody starting out in CrossFit.  

During the 3 session course with our head coach, you will be learning the safe technique and form to each movement which will help greatly when you transition into the classes.
