Learn and use meal prep tips and tricks to get your nutrition on track!
Through the 6 weeks we wil progress through different ways to meal prep that fit into your lifestyle! No need to cook for hours on end (unless that's your jam!), there are many ways to be prepared and reduce decision fatigue each day.
A meal prep example and recipes are included throughout the challenge. You can choose to follow along or use it as inspiration for your own creations.
Accountability and support. This is a group challenge and we encourage sharing and supporting each other with ideas and questions.
This is a busy time of year and just like life nothing is expected to be perfect. If you can commit to making most of your meals from home for 6 weeks, there will be tips on how to manage social occassions too!
