MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST
You can now put in a membership pause request in the Gymmate app!
Please note: At the end of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
STEP 1
- Click on the icon at the bottom
- Open the menu top right
- Click on Pause Request

STEP 2
- Enter Start Date
- Enter End Date
- Enter Reason
- Submit Request
