You don't get fit to do CrossFit. You get fit by doing CrossFit. Every movement is scaled to your level - lighter weight, modified range of motion, alternative exercises. We've had members start who couldn't do a single push-up. They're still here!

Nobody does on day one and that's fine. Your coach will explain every movement before you do it, demonstrate technique and watch your form throughout. You'll never be thrown in the deep end without support.

From sign up to your first class, here is what to expect.

Arrive a few minutes early. Your coach will have a chat to you, walk you through the movements and scale everything to your level.

COMMON QUESTIONS
THINGS PEOPLE ALWAYS ASK US
What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes and cross training or running shoes. No special gear needed for your first session, just show up.
I have an injury, can I still train?
In most cases yes. Let your coach know before class and they'll modify movements to work around it. We'd rather have you moving safely than sitting on the sidelines.
What if I can't keep up with the class?
Every workout is scaled to your ability. Your coach adjusts weights and movements so the session is challenging but achievable for you. Nobody gets left behind.
​How big are the classes?
Classes are capped to make sure there is enoug equipment, space and coaching. You'll always get individual attention, not lost in a crowd.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes! We use a booking system to manage class sizes. You can book through our app once you're signed up.
How quickly will I see results?
Most members notice improved energy within the first two weeks. Visible strength and fitness changes typically come within 4–8 weeks of consistent training.
