Membership Terms and Conditions
 

· All memberships are non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be shared with other members.
 

· All memberships are to be paid for via the Gym Mate online portal.
 

· Memberships will be activated on the date of purchase. Payments will be deducted either weekly, fortnightly or monthly as chosen by you, in advance.
 

· All direct debit memberships require 2 weeks notice of your intention to cancel your membership. Please note, memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial 4-week period.

· After the 4 consecutive week minimum term, membership may be cancelled via a written request (via email to trainme@crossfit25.com.au). Cancellations will not be accepted via social media, phone, in person or any medium other than email.

 

· The membership will automatically continue on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis (as chosen by you) until CrossFit 25 is advised by you via email (trainme@crossfit25.com.au) to terminate the membership.
 

· Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account as per your membership schedule via a third party biller, QuickPay, and will appear on your statement as CrossFit 25. 
 

· It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, CrossFit 25 will contact you to process the payment again.

· CrossFit 25 is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
 

· These terms and conditions may change from time to time and sufficient notice will be provided to all members by CrossFit 25.
